While working for Mayerthorpe Family Dental, I was tasked with booking and confirming over 30 appointments per day in a professional manner, for new and existing patients. While practicing strict COVID-19 protocols, I checked patients in for their appointments, collected payment after services were completed, and performed various administrative tasks. Additionally, my responsibilities included contacting insurance companies on behalf of patients to ensure active dental coverage and obtain summaries of benefits.
