As a "Professional Matchmaker" aka Early Career Recruiter & Program Manager, I'm deeply passionate about connecting emerging talent to exciting and impactful career-affirming opportunities. Whether it be through my work at Bloomberg, Yahoo or most recently at Spotify, I'm excited by building engaging programs to develop the next generation of talent into tomorrow's industry leaders. In this work, I care deeply about inclusion, making sure that the on-ramps and pathways that I build into organizations are focused on meeting talent where they are and providing the right resources to make those I work with go far.I got into this career through wanting to bridge the gap between my academic major of Business and minor of Women and Gender Studies at Franklin & Marshall College. Through coursework, books, podcasts and studies focused on thinking about people's identities and how they show up in the workplace, I first fueled my interest in pursing a career in Human Resources.Given my passion for working with emerging talent, I've launched a career coaching business to help students, recent graduates, newly skilled or career transitioners find their next big gig.
