The Korean Presbyterian Church of Bayside's Summer School program was designed to help kids that fell behind during remote learning, to catch up and learn how to interact with their peers. My role included creating a developmentally-appropriate curriculum addressing all learning styles for 12 students, controlling classroom environments with clearly outlined rules and positive reinforcement techniques, and leading enrichment activities varying from science and math activities, soccer, and gardening.
