Hi! My name is Hannah Kim and I am currently a sophomore pursuing Biomedical Engineering in the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University! I’m the type of person who looks for new ways to improve a process or product to make the final outcome better. I like to form closer relationships with my teammates to understand them better and figure out how to include their strengths and ideas in project settings. I also tend to bring an optimistic attitude while staying productive and attentive to the quality of my work. Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where I have ample opportunities to innovate and get detailed feedback to refine my ideas, given clear goals and expectations that I can focus on. I also work better when everyone is empowered to share their ideas and relationship building is encouraged.
