In this role, I led a highly successful product launch of the payment platform which successfully transitioned the company from a small subscription model to a percentage-based model and more than doubled net revenue year over year. In order to help with my success, I ensured alignment with the organization’s strategic vision by successfully executing and orchestrating cross-functional efforts from product ideation through implementation. I re-negotiated agreements with three major partnerships, securing higher revenue share and enabling Kigo to meet and exceed its revenue goals. I also transformed the organization’s culture, in partnership with a fellow leader, resulting in product stabilization, customer attrition reduction, and increasing employee satisfaction.To maintain discipline in the organization’s performance, I launched the Safe Agile methodology in product development and created business lead dashboards providing Senior Executives with real-time monitoring of progress against goals. After doing so, I was able to formulate and execute a plan on a product launch that was two years late and successfully completed the project within three months.As a strategist, I launched dynamic product roadmaps, providing real-time status updates to all business leaders. I also co-Created the annual budget and product roadmap as well as roadmap execution. Concurrently, I oversaw Product Management, Business Development, and Operations organizations.Lastly, I overhauled cross-functional processes, increasing coordination effectiveness for on-boarding, billing, and international communications.

In my capacity as Contact Center Product Manager, I created Short-Term Rentals and Single-Family business lines which grew the Contact Center’s and Partnered Product Line’s revenue. I also integrated the Agile thought process into the operations, enabling the organization to adopt new agent processes more rapidly. In order to improve agent productivity, I overhauled their UI screens which simplified click path and reduced average call time. I also implemented new AI chat technology for customer websites, reducing agent texting time.

My team has the technical expertise to not only implement our software, but diagnosis issues and resolve them for different divisions throughout the company.
