We do project and supplemental support on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement situations for clients ranging from small private companies to large fortune 50 companies.

Nourish is a non-profit, student-run organization that works to make a direct and lasting impact on extreme poverty. Nourish's student leaders plan and execute venture-fundraisers, create a global partnership, and send a group on a summer project to a community in need. I took over as President of the Miami University chapter in May of 2015 to lead a team of 10 members into the 2015/2016 year. That team became the executive board who worked to recruit, develop, and retain 44 new members. During my presidency, the general body planned and executed 6 ventures and raised $15,403 (298% more than the year prior). Our chapter sent 7 students abroad to Trujillo, Peru to work with MOCHE on a summer project to mitigate the effects of extreme poverty. We ended the year transitioning our leaders into 24 delegated positions with 3 new committees formed. My job as President, in a basic sense, was 3-fold:1. Analyze the current state of the organization2. Plan for growth3. Develop and support the emerging leaders in my organization

Perrysburg, Ohio

At my Internship at Master Chemical, I was in charge of almost all purchasing for the company. I cut purchase orders for all needed raw material chemicals and containers for packaging finished goods. I would track my purchases (truckloads, less-than-truckloads, tanker wagons, rail cars, ect.) by utilizing phone and email contact and automated tracking websites. I was responsible for keeping a lean inventory and getting materials into MCC using inexpensive and reliable solutions. I analyzed pricing of raw materials to find potential cost savings. I led morning and afternoon supply chain team meetings. I wrote daily, cross-functional reports to keep employees on the same page. I worked on a team to support the transition to GHS compliance (Global Harmonized System- an OSHA regulated system of classifying hazardous materials). As a final project, I utilized my managerial skills to create two reports that are now utilized to facilitate conscious and accurate purchasing decisions and harmonization throughout the functions/roles in the company.

During my internship at the Scuttlebutt, I coordinated the company's promotional giveaways, obtained prizes from outside companies for the giveaways, contacted and made relationships with prize winners, and created promotional advertisements for outside companies who participated in giveaways. I also worked to assist the office manager by processing paperwork and filing.
