I’ve been on the field of HR since 2013. I’m the strategic consultant and CEO of PersonaliDisain.It started out as recruiting service but it has grown into full-range HR services business. We partner with small and medium sized organizations providing them from HR strategy and consulting services, to developing human resource management systems, conducting organizational surveys, team trainings and coaching and talent recruiting.My personal mission is to help people become happier and more satisfied with their life and I see HR field as a very good opportunity to succeed at that. I’m passionate about innovations, new trends and practices in HR. I often put my thoughts into the form of blog articles. I’m a strong believer that communication is THE key in most of situations and that the message and presentations are very important.
