I have over 20 years organizational leadership experience in program and project management, organisational transformation, service improvement, leadership and organisational development gained working across small businesses, voluntary and community sector, local government, and through developing my own businesses. I am a highly driven systems thinker, with a creative, focussed mindset and results-oriented transferable skills. I am an innovative nimble problem-solver, having started and run my own businesses for most of my career as well as been part of policy team in higher education, worked in local government leading me to strategic management in local UK charities to be a driver of change. I have successfully completed multifaceted projects with complex layered and nuanced decision making, which I have often continued in a consultancy capacity. I pride myself in leadership, mentoring and developing the human capital of a team or organization to best realise their organisations’ visions. I believe that through mentoring and capacity building we create more robust organizations that can better achieve identified objectives.
