CurrentBUDGET:Day to day maintenance of overall marketing budget, partnering with internal partners and finance team to ensure real time understanding of current and future spendingEntering purchase requisitions into D365, followed by ongoing maintenance to ensure on time approvalsMaintaining internal budget trackerPartnering with marketing director in building the detailed annual budgetLiaising with the finance team for monthly reconciliation, investigating any discrepanciesAnalyze the effectiveness of activities and efficiency of investmentCALENDAR:Support in the development and ongoing maintenance of 360 marketing calendar, liaising with marketing channel owners and business unit partners to ensure overarching campaign timelinesPartner with creative operations to build project timelines to ensure on time executionPROJECT COORDINATION:Translating marketing strategy, product priorities and business needs into tangible briefs to direct our creative and marketing channel teamsFollowing through on briefs to ensure plans are executed according to the strategyReceive and collate requests from internal and external teams, distributing to the relevant creative and marketing partners and following through to completionPartner with marketing director to apply learnings from asset distribution to improve future briefs to preemptive all needsCoordinate regional and cross functional meetings ensuring efficiency with clear agendas, recaps and follow up
