Academic Services Administrator
- Oversaw the day-to-day operations of the School of Geosciences in support of around 600 undergraduate and 170 graduate students, 14 staff, and 50 faculty members
- Prepared and monitored the budget for the School of Geosciences while coordinating between various operating and foundational funds
- Administered academic policies and advised faculty, staff, and students on policy matters related to the School of Geosciences
- Coordinated the recruitment and hiring process for all department employees, including faculty, staff, and student hires
- Trained, supervised, and evaluated staff tasked with supporting the academic needs of the department
- Served as a liaison with other academic and administrative departments at USF, representing the School of Geosciences on cross-functional teams, policy committees, and work groups
