This includes working with a variety of software such as Autodesk Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Blender, Procreate, and Photoshop to complete illustrations, concept art, or 3D models of both hard surface and organic models.Additionally, I take on a mentorship role by observing, helping, and directing 2-3 interns at a time on certain projects, providing critiques and guidance to aid in their development. I also create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to organize data, keep track of projects, and monitor progress.Furthermore, I am responsible for overseeing the online server to ensure that data is uploaded properly and organized efficiently. This includes the identification and removal of invasive plant and animal species, as well as the documentation of native and aggressive plant species. Additionally, I am involved in the scanning and archiving of documents using organized systems and Excel sheets. I also assist park rangers and watershed staff in tasks such as dock and boat registration, enforcing regulations, ensuring the safety of the watershed, and providing assistance to clients around the reservoirs.Furthermore, I operate saw blades, government vehicles, pruners, and watercraft equipment as needed. Administrative duties are also part of my responsibilities, including answering phone calls, assisting people in the lobby, filing, and maintaining a clean office environment.Additionally, I am involved in educational programs for the public, where I provide information about the watershed, how to maintain it, and what individuals can do to help. Project Scarlett on the TestX Team: Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S Role: Test Associate level 2 During my time on the TestX team I worked through a sort of projects. Some of my job duties include: investigating and reporting bugs while using Microsoft software and hardware. Once the bugs were reported there were times I would have to go back and reproduce this bug further for investigation. Played a variety of games to observe for issues in FPS, graphics, audios, stability and more. During my testing time I used softwares such as Microsoft word and excel to organize and document my work through the project. This project was loaded with data entry, and having an eye for detail to ensure the product was running properly and issues were addressed. I also displayed leadership skills during my time with TestX and was responsible for training 5-7 new individuals for our team. At this time this was during the Work From Home moment of the project during the pandemic. I created my own materials using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point to create slideshows and PDFs to help train these individuals in our standards and procedures.

Being the first friendly face to greet customers as the came to our office. My job was to help customers get to the right place and answer their questions. My job duties include: Being in charge of reaching out to individuals to collect payments, and these payments could be made through cash, credit, debit, or check. Answering inbound calls and answering any of their questions, if I could not answer transferred them to the correct department. If no one was available I would send them to the correct voicemail, and ensure to open a "case" for their question to make sure it would be answered in a timely fashion. Along with inbound, I made outbound calls to schedule appointments with our insurance representatives, collect payments, and follow up on questions. In addition to this I ensured the office was tidy as well as well stocked in supplies for staff and customers.

My job duties at the Austin Area Birthing Center include: Assisting our patients with scheduling, payments and their care during their time with us. Answering inbound calls, and directing them to appropriate staff unless I could answer their question. Also intaking new patients and setting them up inside our system, ClientCare, for their first time visit to the birthing center. With inbound calls I would also make outbound calls to follow up with patients, collect patient payments, reminder calls for appointments and set up tour times at the center. Handled emergency calls from patients and ensured follow up calls from on-call staff quickly and accurately. Kept the office clean and sanitized for families in the facility, as well as kept it stocked. Performed tours of the facility, introducing potential patients to our birthing rooms, going over scheduling at the center, and building financial contracts for them.
