Role responsibilities include maintaining ownership over research and analysis as well as providing support and engagement during project delivery and strategy review across Beacon's Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Healthcare, Industrial, and Market Modeling practices. Business development in Beacon’s Aerospace & Defense practice is also included in daily responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include an active appointment to the office Engagement Committee, tasked with supporting positive office culture through planned social events and all-staff volunteer days that give back to the local community. The scheduling and facilitation of the Women and Genderqueer Coffee Meet-Up also falls under my purview. This group is aimed at supporting those employees that identify as female and genderqueer over the course of their career at Beacon, while recognizing that such employees may face different and, at times, even greater challenges in this industry than their male counterparts may.
