Making strategy happen.

At Nordic Morning I am on a mission to better unite our different departments. Together with a small team I work to facilitate internal collaboration and synergies and to allow us to take a more strategic position with our clients. I have also been very actively involved in leading and delivering strategic services for our clients, for example BMS, MSD (Merck), Netgain, Folkhälsomyndigheten, Arla, L’Oreal, etc.

After many years in the US at a larger agency I decided to look for something smaller when I moved back to Sweden. I found a newly started brand and innovation agency called itch that fit perfectly. Itch grew quickly and while participating in shaping our own business and offerings I also got to lead teams through innovative, user-driven projects for ICA, Boliden, Arlanda Express and the Swedish Migration Agency. I was also heavily involved in sales and building our Creative & Prototyping team.

As an Associate Experience Director at CP+B, I lead the UX efforts in creating large-scale experience platforms for clients like Ryder, Letgo, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, American Express, Old Navy, Fruit of the Loom, Hotels.com, Infiniti and KRAFT. This includes crafting a vision, defining channel strategies, mapping the ecosystem and consumer journeys and creating and communicating a detailed execution plan. I also support our business development team with strategic and executional direction in pitch work, identify new opportunities for existing clients and contribute to the growth of our UX team.
