As a part of the HR Development team, I was project lead of a large digital and cross functional transformation project that lifted our digital employee experience to new heights. We launched our brand new employee service center in june of 2020 that caters to about 10 000 colleagues. The project was a part of a program that drive the overall digitalization of Skanska HR as well as other support functions, enabling a modern and efficient employee experience. -
