I served as Team Leader of Team for Didactic Development, a team of 30 people, including assistant and associate professors, pedagogical consultants, ICT consultants, and other staff.I also served as a development consultant with a particular focus on students' study skills and on the challenges and opportunities of intercultural teaching and learning environments.
