As Account Manager for Partnerships, I have been making a significant contribution to the digitalisation of the event industry since January 2022. My focus is on automating and optimising the entire event lifecycle, using my knowledge of marketing and strong communication skills to help our clients make their processes more efficient and increase operational efficiency. This included the "development of a long-term successful ticketing strategy for the Bad Homburg Open through the conception of a communication campaign and creation of a unique selling proposition with the aim of establishing a sustainable image". This made an independent contribution to the further development of the WTA tournament, especially with regard to (digital) communication with the customer and the creation of a contoured tournament.
