Based on my very wide and extensive experience within human resource including 15 years in international companies, I offer solid knowledge and competence within almost every areal of HR as well as management experience (HR staff, reception and other support functions) . I believe HR exists to support the business and the business strategies and therefore I have always been very focused on understanding the business and creating solid and professional relationships with line managers and top management. I take an active part in the life of the organisation, participating in committees also with external partners (e.g. shop stewards and trade union representatives), and I make sure to network internally and externally to share and seek out new knowledge and develop my competencies and value for the organisation.Key words for much of my career have been solution oriented actions, situational leadership, management, development, implementation, and visibility of HR.I am a good listener and a god communicator and I build influence through relationships. .
