This included collaboration and knowledge sharing about our implementation with IBM's European organisation and throughout other Nordic organisations and helping them with their agile journey.The main theme throughout my carrier in different positions has always been working with changes. Changing of the way we collaborate, the way we are doing our work, the way we think about working - in the most optimised way - and always with the people in focus.During the years I have enjoyed being a mentor. I have guided and helped newcomers from both new acquisitions and new hires navigating within IBM and become IBM'ers. It has also been very interesting and fun to work with our students on projects and in operations - they find it hard to keep my pace ...
