Customer needs are balanced with a commercial perspective as well as addressing technical debt and maintenance.- Continuous collaboration with external partners (ESDH providers) regarding customer requests, further development, and maintenance.- Functionality needs assessment, creation of prototypes, user testing with a variety of customers, and further refinement of customer requests.- Daily collaboration with developers and IT architect.- Acceptance testing of the developed extension, preparation of release notes, conducting webinars, etc.- Establishment of a new squad and its associated team of sales, Customer Support, IT support, and delivery to ensure focus and the best possible framework for the product.
