Develop and lead local collaborative community arts projects. Collaborate with a team of community and arts leaders. Design and implement local arts programming, including Earth Day and get-out-the-vote community arts activities, and a local women artists' gallery show.

Manage and oversee nonprofit arts organization dedicated to building community around and offering resources to people who use language to do social change work. Provide strategic leadership and guidance around board support and development, marketing and outreach, fundraising, and operations.

Created and directed art gallery and writing center, as well as additional community programming for tax-funded arts initiative in diverse, suburban community in collaboration with government and elected officials, and community stakeholders. Consulted with local nonprofit leadership and academic research team to draft long-term, strategic, arts-based economic development plan for municipal arts board.

- Worked closely on all aspects of building start up dedicated to supporting parents to make more time for caring well for children. Core work included building systems, processes, collecting success stories, and building a network of fathers who had prioritized caring for their children. Worked closely with the founder on developing a framework that was used to shift the ways large organizations support parents to stay engaged in making a living while caring well for their families. - Developed partnerships and collaborations with leading work-life balance academics across the U.S. and in Scandinavia.- Designed and delivered sessions on work-family balance for clients, including University of Pennsylvania Law School, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Booz Allen Hamilton.- Collected and analyzed data, developed plans, evaluations and outcome measures for best-practice international work-family balance policies.- Executed a wide range of fundraising tasks, including grant writing, materials development, gift/donor identification and cultivation, direct-mail initiatives, and multimedia-based fund drives.

Planned and managed multiple fundraising events, ranging from cocktail hours to a 500-person gala dinner; raised $500,000 during a single event.

Assisted with all on- and off-air fundraising, managed teams of 500+ community volunteers. Drafted and distributed fundraising materials for multiple initiatives. Served as vice-president of UPenn's A3 Assembly, a volunteer advocacy group that lobbied and organized on behalf of the 2,300 pink collar workers at Penn. Worked closely with leadership to develop a road map for unionizing this consituency.
