Main responsibilities:• Handling complex and critical customer complaints• Potential recall coordinator• GMP audits and inspections• NC owner and CR owner• SOP author• Support to colleagues and stakeholders in complaint cases, e.g. complaint handlers in CCC and CCC-Global Service Center, affiliates and investigators

Main responsibilities:• Handling complex and critical customer complaints• Analysing and trending on customer complaint data• Reporting complaint trends to Safety Committees, QMR etc.• Potential recall coordinator• NC owner and CR owner• GMP audits and inspections• Support to colleagues and stakeholders in complaint cases, e.g. complaint handlers in CCC and CCC-Global Service Center, affiliates and investigators

Main responsibilities:• Planning of QMR’s and Global Safety audits and inspections • Handling and QA approval of NCs, CRs, QBIQ documents, audit and inspection findings related to Global Safety
