Retail Partners Colruyt Group (RPCG) unites all activities of the Colruyt Group that deal with independent entrepeneurs. It concerns about 410 stores: half are Spar stores, the other half are shops of Alvo, Mini Markets and independent shops. I work for the support office that provides project-based, process-based and information-based support to the business to realise the strategy of RPCG.The projects I work(/ed) on:- Determine a marketing and sales strategy- Optimization of the cooperation model between the entrepreneurs and RPCG- Optimization of the chain process 'Goals to Point of Sales' - Implementation of a food label on the Spar-products- Implementation of a collaboration tool for certain departments- Coordination to realize the vision of a particular destination category- Coordination to integrate sustainability more into the organization and processes- Optimization of the processes related to data, reporting and analyses- Development and implementation of a new price strategy- Development and implementation of a new brand Besides projectmanager I also take the role of counselor in some of these projects, help out to prepare and facilitate workshops (usually to determine a vision or strategy about a certain topic) and take the role of sustainability coordinator.

I'm trainer for children from 6 to 18.I create the choreographies for the floor routines and the yearly show and organise the yearly camp for the children.

Business Processes and Systems (BP&S), the IT department of Colruyt Group, provides qualitative and efficient business processes, data flows and communication systems. I'm responsible for realizing solutions that fit the business partner strategy. Detection of needs, preparation of cost estimates, define project scope, translate business needs to colleagues and formulate internal advice are some of the tasks of my daily routine.I have done projectwork like:- Implementation of a loyalty card (Xtra)- Customer data driven marketing- Creating a strategic policy for the marketing mix - Implementation of new features for the loyalty card Xtra (for example a payment function)I fulfill different roles depending on the project, like business process analyst, project manager or business process engineer.Besides the projectwork I also fulfill other tasks like:- Coaching of newcomers- Change agent for the roll-out of the benefit map for BP&S

I worked on continuous improvement of logistical, purchasing and marketing processes, working methods, work stations, tools and technical systems.I have done project work like - Implementation of an automation for order picking- Functional design of a new distribution centre- Implementation of chain processes (Forecast to Availability & Order to Cash)- Integration of Alvo (Logistal and purchasing systems and processes)- Implementation of new systems and processes for marketingI fulfilled different roles depending on the project, like business process engineer, project manager or business analyst.Besides the projectwork I also coached newcomers and I was involved in some initiatives like improvement of the communication between different departments and empowerment of the employees.

Cibo is a provider of solutions in technical abrasive materials.I worked as interim on a project regarding the selection of a new ERP package, with particular focus on the logistics processes in the production warehouse.
