fødevareBanken (The Food Bank) is a nonpolitical organization, who seeks to solve two comprehensive problems of today's society: the rising amount of food waste and the continuing number of people living in “food poverty”. fødevareBanken collects good and fresh food unable to be sold from e.g. supermarkets (fx Metro, Irma) and farmers (fx Årstiderne) and forward it to institutions working with socially exposed citizens of Copenhagen. In 2013 fødevareBanken distributed 1.009.040 meals.

I wrote my master thesis on the shift in the current activist Danish Foreign Policy together with fellow student M.V. Sørensen at the Royal Danish Defence Academy.

Internship during the Danish EU Presidency.
