I’m a strategic and passionate entrepreneur with significant management experience as CEO and COO. Due to more than 30 years within the packaging industry I’ve accomplished a high level of experience. In my work as COO and as board member in several companies, I’ve had my main focus on creating a sustainable platform for growth by digitalisation and systematising processes. One of my other focus points has been the introduction of well-respected and innovative business culture. The personal cost-benefit thoughts have led to transparency on the operational costs and primarily more reliable budgets. These business decisions have throughout my entire career ensured work processes and structures which has provided our dealers and partners with high quality products and first and foremost earnings, productivity and growth. I’m analytically competent, focused and energetic with a hands-on approach. I’m highly motivated by defining KPI’s and goals, and I put a virtue in motivating and coaching people to create new and better solutions within a given framework. One of my strong abilities are communicating and the ability to concretise complexed messages – a competence I among other use in my board work, when I motivate employees for execution on growth strategies.
