Highlights:- Project direction for all culture and talent related matters in the agency in and externally. - Initiated 72U Bizzkids, a 5 day program created for kids from 8 to 12 with less advantaged backgrounds, teaching them about sustainable entrepreneurship. Collaborating with Tony Chocolonely, Adidas and Cinekids Festival. - Setting up and leading the 72U residency program in Amsterdam.- Reorganising the Talent department and overseeing and initiating two company restructures.- Leading the DEI program

72U Amsterdam is a creative residency born within the creative agency 72andSunny. Existing to champion equal access and diversity in the creative industries, 72U supports workshops and hands-on projects that aim to give back to the local community and make Amsterdam a nicer to place to live.

Thisisarobot is an Amsterdam based creative agency. Thisisarobot supports humans and focuses on stimulating creativity and free play. The studio creates original digital and analogue experiences for humans from 5 to 85 and is specialised in the creation and development of character based IP. It has successfully developed and sold various IP’s. Amongst its clients are Hasbro, Nokia, MTV, Reebok, Heineken, O’neill.Highlights:- Sold in 2012 the in-house developed brand Hanazuki to Hasbro Inc, which was re-launched in 2017 with a TV series followed by a toy and app experience.- Sold in 2017 the in-house developed IP Yoshinami to Hasbro Inc. - Part of the global team for Heineken Greenspace; responsible for the online and creative content.- Part of the global team for Nokia Flagship stores and responsible for all the instore interactive content worldwide.- Part of the global team and responsible for the online community and event content for Nokia TrendsLab, a European creative platform about co-creation and big scale events.

The imagination studio Thisisarobot developed the Yoshinami IP over the course of 4 years. The IP was then sold to Hasbro Inc.

The Favela Painting project was initiated by Jeroen Koolhaas and Dre Urhahn back in 2005 and started with a mural in a favela in Rio de Janeiro. Over the years Favela Painting has grown into a social enterprise that initiates and produces projects, creating visual interventions in unexpected places all over the world. The main ambition is to catalyse social improvement, together with the local community.

In 2012 the Hanazuki IP got sold to Hasbro Inc. The brand was then re-launched in January 2017 with it’s first ever only YouTube animation series followed by a toy and app experience.
