About Hanne Rennemo Andreassen

Digitalization and Digital transformation, utilizing technology to support business development and improvement, has been my focus area pretty much my entire career. From a little bit of coding, to functional analysis, design and testing, then to project and program management, and for the last years to work on the strategic level including innovation and defining new business models. I thrive and find energy in the business/technology interface, love to get new initiatives up and running and enjoy when the whole team flowers and contributes in the right direction. If the direction is not clear, I will contribute in its definition and ensure that it is communicated and understood. Often, the latter involves both taking on a translator role and a challenger role.I have established and managed large and complex projects and programs with 50+ members and several vendors, often reporting to C-level. I have been a member of senior IT management in the line organization. I use and share my experience, and gladly coaches young and talented colleagues.My proudest achievements so far are:- Delivering an award-winning app and mobile platform for Norwegian mailmen at Posten, also an Apple reference case, heading the initiative all the way from idea to stabilization. (Enterprise mobility)- Establish the Digital transformation program FRIDA in Statnett, now running at full speed with agile product teams implementing use cases within asset management and power grid planning. (Big data, microservices architecture, cloud).
