Braddick Engineering focuses on the mechanical design of conveyors, handling aids and manipulators.  We do incorporate all sensors in the design, but the PLC programming is handled by external companies.  Our services include full 3D product design, design evaluation, FEA, and manufacturing drawings based on onsite measurements.  We pride ourselves in meeting client expectations, as part of a full turn-key solution, from initial concept meetings, to final deliverables , documentation, installation and commissioning.We offer CAD/CAM software training and support. (SolidWorks and Mastercam).  Because we work with these software packages on a daily basis, we understand the associated challenges, and we are glad to assist in these areas.  These services include CNC post-processor editing, custom templates, libraries etc. Braddick Engineering is also the distributor of the Ewellix (former SKF), range of linear motion technologies.  These products include linear bearings and guides, ball and roller screws, and linear actuators.  We can assist with the optimum force / speed calculations, and to spec the correct part for your application.

Designed various products, but two of the main designs included Powered Paraglider frames and bluetooth throttles for the PPG's. We used a 3D Printer to print the prototypes, and for small production runs.

Provided technical support, training and consulting for different software packages, including SolidWorks, Mastercam, 3DVia composer, GearTrax and DriveWorks. Support also included Mastercam Post Processor development for lathes, milling machines (3 axis up to 7 axis), routers and wire cutters. Received the CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional) certificate.
