A small private buisness I started in Germany to oversee the receptions for the Icelandic embassy in Berlin. So far I have done caterings from small private dinners to fingerfood and buffets for over 200 people. Although I have moved to Portugal I am still flying over to Berlin for larger caterings

An exclusive salmon fishing lodge in Iceland, seasonal work included managing orders, foraging, creating and executing full fine dining menu for guests staying 3 days at a time while acomodating special dietary requests.
