In my current position I oversee 26 retail stores in RSAManaging staff and daily operations of our stores, driving and monitoring sales, budgeting, setting up sales targets, controlling expenses, training of sales staff, and improving customer service are just some of the responsibilities I currently have and enjoy doing.I have excellent knowledge of how the franchising system works; I have led a number of projects extending from store refurbishments to implementing new business systems to improve the profitability.
