Managing a Financial and Strategic plan to achieve financial targets and goals are just some of the many skills I specialize in.To achieve these targets you need to combine managing people, stock, brand delivery to customers and consider the risks involved (to name but a few). I believe that any company, with continuous training, motivation and proper communication to the workforce can achieve these targets and goals set. The monitoring and fine tuning of operations like sales delivery, administrative processes, staff training and customer experience can set the company apart from its competitors and maximise profitability. I currently make it my priority to make sure that this is achieved at my current employer.I have been employed in Retail, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Project Management for my entire working career, and have built up tremendous experience in various positions. I previously worked for a franchisor with 250 retail stores, overseeing 42 stores. In my current position I oversee 26 retail stores in RSAManaging staff and daily operations of our stores, driving and monitoring sales, budgeting, setting up sales targets, controlling expenses, training of sales staff, and improving customer service are just some of the responsibilities I currently have and enjoy doing.I have excellent knowledge of how the franchising system works; I have led a number of projects extending from store refurbishments to implementing new business systems to improve the profitability.
