IT Manager where I start the IT department and Service Area that includes: the selection and implementation of software systems for administrative control, accounting and payroll, with a rule to renew every 4 years. Was responsible for the development and implementation of point of sale systems at the box office and candy shop, credit card sale, plasma screens to inform movie show times, seats available, and promotions for sweets. MMCinemas Internet Portal, Sales and Booking Ticket from the Web site, implementation of the Cinematel IVR to inform for cinemas locations, movies, show times and buying tickets with operator assistant. Responsible for itern training for end users. Also has been responsible for the implementation of site technology in headquarters and in each of the 70 cinema complexes nationwide in Mexico: Switchboard, Metropolitan Network WAN and private networks nationwide, Help desk 7x16x365, preventive maintenance and corrective; responsible for procurement of Hardware (PCs, printers, servers, routers, faxes, modems, televisions, etc...), software licenses and special developments of the business.
