Team size: 300+Company: Mobogenie Job Responsibilities:Product mobogenie introduction: It's a app store in Android, provide app, game, picture, video, music and ebook downloading, not just premium ones, most of them are free resource, focus on emerging markets, India, Russsia, Brizail, South east Asia and Middle East.Besides the app store, also running a bulk of app/games, especcially for iOS and Anroid platform: communication, tools, video&audio, picture and photography ones.Now games focus on the developers in China, help they promote in emerging market.Managing R&D,Promotion,Business Developing and Operation groups.Be responsible for the whole sub-company's KPI's, DAU(Daily active user), In-come and Download volume; Driving all the resource in the group to meet the goal.1) Managing product requirements by either competitor analyzing or original ideas from team;2) R&D process follows IPD and agile scrum module, daily iterative with 2 weeks a sprint;3) Markets operation and content operation in each region;4) Promotion channel choose and estimating5) Data analyzing for online product, especially user action path and key figures6) Product improving by data analyzing result7) Business development with local CP and other partners.
