Worked as 2nd Chef. I was responsible for the kitchen, food preparation and presentation, inventory and management of supplies and products.After 8months I was relocated to the larger restaurant in Gothenburg.

I started as weekend chef and through hard work and my performance during my time I worked my way up to head chef. I was responsible for everything in kitchen from inventory, menu and personal. I also had to manage all the kitchen staff.
