Worked on-site in HP Inc., single point of contact for HP's international express shipments.- Managed 700 international express shipments per month including import and export, apply and maintain import licenses- Aligned with global logistics service providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries- Collaborated with and advised internal teams and ODMs on logistics requirements to prevent shipment and payment delays- Monitored and resolved daily shipping issues- Generated export shipping documents, daily operational reports, and monthly review reports- Conducted billing process for each shipment to meet financial cut-off date
