CurrentTogether with my team I have built up the company from scratch to more than 40 mEUR in sales and 100 employees. Encory offers global circular economy solutions for the remanufacturing, return and reuse of automotive and truck components which I developed, manage and improve from a business and customer side. Working closely with the joint venture owners BMW and interzero, I ensured high profitability and constant growth. Besides customers and owners, my highest priority was the sourcing and development the right employees (>90% of all managers have been developed from junior positions) and developing a high-performing yet team-oriented company culture.
