Managing the residential customer e-channels such as the selfcare and homepage. Me and my team were responsible for creating a userfriendly environment for customers, improving all digital KPI-s and delivering the sales KPI-s in online channels.

My responsibilites as the Development Manager was to manage first the E-channel and Sales Program and after that the Network Registries Program. The main daily tasks included managing the budget and the development backlog together with all related stakeholders. My role was to make sure, that the program had all the necessary resources from various teams to deliver all agreed tasks and projects.

Managing all software development projects, that either were relevant to Sales departement (CRM, sales, Sales funnel etc) or the ones, that were customer facing (Selfcare). Gathering business requirements and creating development tasks to the development partner. Working closely with inhouse IT team and outsourced development partners. For new developments making sure, that all related Sales personnel had the skills to use the applications.

Working with different sized accounts from SOHO to SME to big corporations. Making sure, that my customers had the best possible telecommmunication solutions in order to run their businesse smoothly. During that i was covering fixed and mobile and broadband connections, providing hardware solutions from simple handset sales to bigger onsite solutions to multicountry-multiconnection private network solution etc.
