About Hanno Lans

Sinds 1999 werk ik aan de advisering, begeleiding en implementatie van webprojecten. Ik werk hierbij voor culturele instellingen en overheden. Vaak als freelance-medewerker, zoals bij het gemeentemuseum Den Haag, de Tweede Kamer en het Instituut voor Beeld & Geluid. Organisaties vragen mij te adviseren over architectonische keuzes, te betrekken leveranciers, het opstellen van requirements, begeleiden van developers, beoordelen van offertes, budgetten, intakes, het testen en afronden bij oplevering. Ik heb 9 jaar ervaring met projecten in Drupal CMS en werk in nationaal en internationaal verband mee aan de doorontwikkeling van dit CMS op het gebied van internationalisering, overheid en webtoegankelijkheid. Ik zit in het vertaalteam Nederland, ben kernteamlid van DrupalOverheid en ben actief binnen de Drupal accessibilitywerkgroep.Aandachtspunten voor mij zijn steeds de inpassing in bestaand informatiebeleid, zowel inhoudelijk (welke informatie dient in welke vorm ontsloten te worden) als technisch, waaronder de webrichtlijnen, open standaarden en duurzaamheid. Ik pas binnen projecten vaak 'Proudly Found Elsewhere' toe en werk daarbij mee aan doorontwikkeling van al bestaande open source initiatieven.
