Innovestor Ventures took over the management of Seed Fund Vera from Finnvera Venture Capital in December 2016. At the time, the portfolio consisted of about 100 Finnish startup and early stage companies.I've continued to work with companies like Beddit (sold in 2017), Bitbar Technologies (board member; sold to SmartBear Software in 2019), Dodreams (board member), Vividworks (board member), Dealdash, Miradore and many more.

Finnvera Venture Capital focuses on early stage investments. My focus was on investments in ICT, especially mobile and internet. The investments were made from Seed Fund Vera.During my eight years at Finnvera VC, I led early stage investments to 16 Finnish startups. During that time, two of those companies went through the whole cycle from initial investment to successful exit: Zokem was sold to Arbitron (currently Nielsen Audio) in 2011 and RapidBlue Solutions to ShopperTrak in 2013. I also worked with companies like Surveypal, Techila Technologies, Midaxo and Traplight Games, among others.I was also responsible for building up and running business angel network Investor Extra during 2008-2011.

Prodia is a management consulting company providing it customers with tools and knowledge for enhancing their business performance. We also develop and offer our customers a SaaS-based performance reporting tool.I was one the founders of the company in 2004 and still served in the board of directors until 2014.

Tamlink Ltd is a specialist in technology transfer and in maintaining and developing co-operation between industrial research and industry.My responsibilities involved working with spin-off companies and developing new commercialisation channels for Tampere University of Technology, the main owner of the company. Part of the job was also running CONNECT Finland, a private non-profit network based community matching entrepreneurs with financial, industrial and business development resources.

At TUT, I worked as a researcher, lecturer and project manager. My research interests involved venture-capital, start-ups, knowledge capital investing and growth venturing.

Solita is a company providing IT-systems and services. I was involved in developing their performance measurement and strategy process.During my time at the company it was among the fastest growing companies in Finland.

My responsibilities as an accountant included building an activity based costing system, monthly reporting and cost accounting in R&D projects.Interlock Group is a designer and manufacturer of window and door hardware, offering technology solutions for key customers in key markets around the world.The company was acquired by Assa Abloy (SS: ASSAB) in 2001.
