- Receiving new job order from clients - Headhunting, identifying and approaching potentials candidate- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications- Posting job ads at several job portals; Linkedin, Jobstreet, Indeed- Looking for perfectly match candidates based on client's requirements, which mainly consist of Distributors, Manufactures, Insurances, Banking, Retails, Telco, and etc- Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates through a variety of channels (internal/personal database, online job portals, referral, network, Linkedin, Jobstreet, Indeed, Social media, etc)- Conducting interview process and assisting candidate until onboarding process- Working with recruitment team to accomplish hiring objectives - Build a strong database with A-Z specifications- Achieving individual target and providing recruitment reports (daily and weekly) to VP HR - Build a good relationship with clients, partners, and candidates- Bridging between client and candidate needs
