RAFT Technologies Ltd. Is the world leader of the Ultra Low Latency (ULL) connectivity between financial hubs globally.RAFT deploys, build, operate and maintain the largest HF and MW network, providing ULL links to the largest and most valued financial institutes for their automatic algo trading in various financial hubs and for all the trading possibilities.As RAFT’s VP Operations joining at the early stages of the services provisioning, I built nearly from scratch the operations team world wide, deployed tens of HF, MW and data sites globally, built the company NOC and customer support center and allowed the company to grow from small Israeli startup running POC test to 24 hours a day telecommunications service provider.My group has leaders and employees from Japan in APAC, through the HQ in Israel, Germany, UK in Europe to the US, Canada and LATAM.My operations responsibilities goes from customer care, customer high and unconditional satisfaction to designing, planning and maintaining the radio and fiber network, and handling legalities and regulations in every place we expand our footprint to.

FreeD™ was a startup developing the best viewing experience for major sports events like football games, Basketball games, Olympic events etc. when using extremely complicated and unique technology the viewer through his mobile app or on regular TV broadcast could observe any sports act during the event from any angle in near real time bases.The technology created virtual real time camera that can provide the video feed from any possible angle without actually having physical camera in motion.FreeD™ was acquired by Intel Cooperations as part of building Intel Sports Group as part of making it the 360° live broadcast only provider in the world.As senior project manager for FreeD I built, operated and produced content for 3 of the biggest sports segments, football, basketball and baseball.Recruiting and training local teams for broadcast productions in Spain for Barcelona FC and Real Madrid FC, Cleveland Cavaliers the NBA team, Indiana University basketball team and others and operated events globally from South Korea to the US.My responsibilities with my projects began with welcoming a new client into the company, designing the solution from technical and commercial standpoint all the way to producing the content for the TV networks during the sports events.HW build on sites to fiber deployment, recruitments and training, local groups managing and creating the content for millions of viewers world wide.

Relocating with the family to the US as part of the business growth in order of establishing local management team and independent operations. To achieve this goal we upgraded the local infrastructure, expanded and enlarged the satellite station and the US footprint with playout rooms and offices across the east coast and L.A. and recruited and qualified local personal.Responsibilities entailed the overall management of North American Operations including master control rooms, engineering, infrastructure, playout center, logistics and administration. During this period MX1 acquired two companies and implemented their business lines into the local operations infrastructure. Among the company’s clientele of the North America operations were some of the leading corporates of the industry in the US and the LATAM markets while the US Operations handled the distribution of hundreds of TV channels 24/7/365.

The owner and manager of the infrastructure design and installation in the Israeli satellite station in Emek Haela, which is the biggest satellite station in the middle east as well as the owner and manager of the local Operations of the company.Under my leadership we built the operations group, the working methods and the logistics and administration teams.The group handled the majority of the critical infrastructure systems for multiple facilities in Israel including electricity, HVAC, travel, security, safety and logistics.As part of the build in Emek Haela and making it the high end satellite station it is, my group designed and executed the upgrades of all the critical components and infrastructure such as the switch gear power board, generators, A/C systems, UPS’s, network deployment, fibers, data centers build etc.The execution with a team of 15 employees under my leadership, some of them team leaders and many contractors in multiple fields.

Jointly founded and managed Check Up Ltd.The company was the leading consulting company for the high-tech industry servicing most of the top 10 VCs and their portfolio.Growing the company’s revenue to a level of 3M NIS, with a gross margin of 30% and a team of 12 employees.
