• Information Systems Yardi/Entrata- Implemented the information system Yardi Genesis. Upon reaching 350 units and in preparation of growth began to evaluate other softwares against a self-created list of 50+ business areas. Evaluated several systems including Yardi Breeze, Buildium, Appfolio, Resman and Entrata. Implemented the enterprise Entrata platform to produce game-changing process improvements in the areas of accounting, marketing, leasing and tenant management..• Technology- Implemented and administered several technological solutions including Microsoft Teams application for team collaboration, file sharing, storage, and an advanced phone system.• Leasing- Built and implemented a leasing system that resulted in 260+ leased units in the last 12 months. Enhanced this process further and developed additional marketing channels to bring in prequalified, high quality leads on 70% of inquiries via apartments.com integration with Entrata. This new undertaking grew our new lease count by 80% MoM to reach nearly 30 leased units per month. • Violations- Designed our violations process to successfully and expeditiously address building department violations. Had 500+ violations dismissed under my supervision and in record time. Known, trusted and respected by City conservation and STF inspectors. • Financial performance- Oversaw two property managers and their properties and tracked their progress to ensure financial health and performance of their portfolios. • Stabilization- Designed strategies to tackle 2 major stabilization projects and oversaw them from start to end.• Underwriting- Performed due-diligence on potential acquisitions and participated in the underwriting process from initiation to closing on 10 different properties and $15mm+ of loans.• Hiring and Structuring- Structured, hired and trained a team of property managers, construction managers, support staff and technicians while meeting the company’s budget and operational requirements.

• Performed daily account reconciliations to resolve breaks by communicating with clearing brokers and custodians. Re-sent wire instructions and updated missing trades to resolve discrepancies with accounts.• Booked FX trades and confirmed OTC, treasury, commodity and equity trades in the middle office trade blotter. Communicated with the desk and counterparty traders to resolve discrepancies related to pricing and lot size to accurately match the trades. • Performed nightly reconciliations of trading activity to ensure that front office and back office systems tie out. Corrected any discrepancies by adding missing trades to the accounts to ensure portfolio accuracy for the day.

• Supported traders by booking and confirming open outcry trades and submitting them to the AMEX for settlement. Learned to quickly calculate option spreads to better assist traders in capturing trades. • Coordinated resolution of trade breaks and discrepancies with the Chicago operations group by performing trader-log review and interacting with traders to ensure trading portfolio accuracy. • Attended trader training sessions and studied Natenburg’s book, Option Volatility & Pricing to learn the Greeks, delta hedging, option synthetics and the significance of volatility in option pricing. • Set up issues on traders’ platforms by permissioning and hardcoding these symbols with the CBOE and AMEX exchanges. Helped traders meet exchange compliance requirements by updating and tracking their quoting and opening width levels.

• Developed and field-tested operational and strategic solutions; implemented improvements in database management, customer support and service departments which led to World Trade Copier’s launch of the consulting operation- Docupro.• Coordinated the implementation of the new business management software, e-automate. The upgrade contributed to an increased accuracy of warehouse inventory levels, improved service department response time and allowed the migration to an improved contract billing structure and policy.• Performed on-site analysis of organizations’ current office equipment needs and proposed cost-cutting and productivity enhancing document solutions by eliminating equipment redundancies, streamlining the copier fleet and introducing productivity solutions to benefit prospective customers.• Ensured customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints regarding contractual agreements while managing the allocation of the short supply of resources during the course of the acquired dealership’s conversion process.
