Since February 2019 I am founder of Joint Artificial Intelligence Network "JAIN" that supports people with dementia with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Was a Dutch Private Public co-creation and R&D project that had to ensure that police, municipalities and citizens can jointly be responsible for a safe living environment. Within BART! I was responsible for: 1) the co-creation between all participants; 2) development of BART! "Ethics, Privacy and Data Protection", My previous position was "Project Moderator" from BART!. BART! "Ethics, Privacy and Data Protection", 3) BART! competence; 4) General day-to-day project management.In the period 2008 until 2012 I have been hired by the board of the Netherlands Forensic Institute to assist them with the CSI The Hague innovation project, a knowledge demonstration project of 6 million.€ applicable to International Market Development of the NFI. Within the CSI The Hague innovation project 14 organizations have worked together. In this project, I was the innovation manager and responsible for the results of the project.Core competence is to assists the Triple Helix "companies, knowledge institutes and government organizations, national and international" with complex innovation projects by means of accelerating and improving the quality of investment decisions. Herewith the focus is on the interaction with a team of Executive Boards members, technical managers and specialists. Using for example scenario analyses, such a team develops valuable information, which translated with my help into investment and action plans. Day to day work is coaching the investment decision-makers, developing innovations in companies and consortia, carrying out stakeholders scenario analyses, assisting in business case definition and developing business and project plans. In the recent past, Hans Arnold was responsible for the formation of consortia around ideas for innovation and new business development. More information is available on request.
