Engineering of an emergency pressure relief valve for bio gas installations.In certain situations of system failure or process instability bio gas installations can reach dangerous high inner pressures. In this case a pressure relief valve should be able to exhaust large amounts of gas to the atmosphere to prevent accidents and/or damage.

Research for development of automated composite structure manufacturing.Aim of this process was to be able to build a bicycle frame out of dry carbon filaments using injection moulding curing technique. This dry weaving method potentially has great advantages over 'prepreg' conventional building techniques in terms of mechanical properties and costs.
