I was elected onto the Board of Directors on July 12, 2018. It is an honor to serve on the Board with Ed Eichler, Neal Eichler, Jim Christner, Ray Leppien, and Peter Eichler.

Since 1996 I have been employed by Agri-Valley Communication Inc. Agri-Valley Communications Inc. is the parent company of Pigeon Telephone Company, Agri-Valley Services (AVS), and Thumb Cellular.

The focus of my position was ensuring good system performance for the networks of Agri-Valley's subsidiary companies. This entailed using Mentum Planet to predict signal coverage, RF performance, Interference hunting, drive testing, and post processing of test data.

As Wireless administrator I was responsible for installing and maintaining a 700 MHz broadband network covering 3 counties. My responsibilities included overseeing equipment installation on cell towers, engineering antenna sector configurations, frequency planning, maintaining system performance, microwave design and implementations, etc...

As a wireless technician I was involved with the R&D testing for a 700 MHz wireless system. The system used DOCSIS technology overlaid on a 700 MHz RF system. This system was the first in the US to provide broadband over 700 MHz frequencies. I also installed internet at customer locations.

As a network technician I was responsible for repairing computers for subsidiary companies of Agri-Valley Communications Inc. I installed and maintained firewalls, bandwidth controllers, peripheral devices, billing software, cellphone software, etc... I was largely responsible for making sure that every aspect of the corporate network functioned properly.

As a telecommunications Tech I fulfilled many different tasks including; Burying cable, troubleshooting telephone circuits, locating cable, splicing cable, repairing telephone ringers, Wiring buildings with Cat5, installing patch panels, installing DSL, etc...
