 Handles End to End projects from point of sale, engineering, supply chain planning, production until customer handover. Leads a team of order management officers, proposal engineers, and other departments in Factory to fulfill customer’s timeline of delivery.

 Played an instrumental role in the integration process with a recently acquired company in United Kingdom, Permasense. Aligns Sales target of UK Factory and APAC sales for Permasense products. Presents quarterly performance to Emerson Directors on the acquired company. Awarded with Emerson Problem Solving Hero-Award, for helping Australia meet their sales number in a short period of time. Act as a Project Manager representing Singapore Factory in order to facilitate orders coming from Asia Pacific (Australia, Korea, Malaysia etc.) Assist Demand Planning team on forecasting for upcoming projects with exotic demand. Aligns transfer prices between inter-companies. Contract reading on awarded orders in order to mitigate financial risk.

 Planned and executed on site facilities prior to commencement of construction work. Faced multiple stakeholders in Singapore Government representatives such as LTA, HDB, BCA etc.  Facilitates inspection with consultant’s representatives to get customer acceptance  Sets daily goals for the operation team, through careful planning of sequence of work. Documented daily operations and tracked project progress.

My role under the Project Management Office is to manage all departments of the company serving the requirements of multiple customers. Notable achievements:  Successfully closed Key Account Projects: which values 1-4 million Singapore dollars.  Reduced customer’s bad debts to the company through immediate closing of projects. (up to 3 million Singapore Dollars). Improved Process in the internal organization, through Single point of contact for both Internal and External Stakeholders, ensuring accountability on project management. Assisted sales team on new sales and variations, validating scope of work and preparation of proper documents.  Communicate with Demand Planners and Order fulfillment team on upcoming projects which require unusually high demand by tapping Regional APAC Supply to mitigate risk of contact penalties with customers.  Analyses awarded contract and negotiate with customer on harmful clauses that may put the company in financial risk.

 Achieved Platinun Green-Mark Building Award for Sophia Residence, Facilitated Building Construction Authority Personnel on key features of the project. Selected as the Pioneer Team to apply Theory of Constraints to generate Master Schedule of the Cycle of a Construction Project.

Monolith Construction is one of Philippines’ top Main Contractors spanning over 40 projects in a year. As a Planning and Logistics Engineer, I was responsible with multitude of responsibilities, Liaising with Government Agencies, Developers, Consultants and Subcontractors. Successfully acquired necessary Permits from Government Agencies which is a hurdle in Philippine culture.  Trained Members of the project team on construction methodologies and good practices. Proposed and Handled Project budget for all subcontractors’ scope of works. Planned supply of cement and steel for the construction site in order to facilitate smooth operation.
