1. As founding member and co-owner of the law firm Moolman and Pienaar Attorneys Inc, I specialise in land reform litigation and Constitutional law.2. I have been involved in the development and training of a very successful legal and claims investigation team, of a national insurance broker. This contributed to the best underwriting results in the broker company's history without an adverse finding by the Obudsman for Short Term Insurance on rejected claims and voided policies.3. As an attorney, I represent land owners in land disputes and have - over a period of 21 years - learned to overcome the complexities of this field of law. I have also provided input and comments on new tenure legislation for the largest agricultural union in South Africa. During 2012 and 2013, I was invited to make a presentation at two international summits on land rights in Africa.4. I have gained first hand exposure to Constitutional, Administrative and Local Government Law. I am also a member of my party's national legal commission, that preside over internal disciplinary and legal matters.5. In 2015 and 2016 I was the initiator and litigation leader in a successful litigation campaign, to challenge the Constitutionality of several practices of the independent Electoral Commission of South Africa, in the Constitutional court of South Africa.7. In 2017 I was awarded the DA Northwest Province Provincial Star Performer award.8. I am the co-author of the book “Veiligheid vir Gemeenskappe” (Roland de Vries and others) where we I addressed some of the the legalities involved in rural safety in South Africa. 10. I write on land and land related issues in South Africa for national and local media and also regularly participate in radio and television interviews as an expert on the subject. 11. I provide advice to the national and provincial structures of organised agriculture in South Africa.
