Revenue for the region grew from $200M to $500M between 2014 and 2017.- Established collaborative forecasting and planning cadence with top US & Canada retailers (Best Buy, Amazon, Target and Costco) allowing for precise peak season planning securing customer availability whilst controlling SONOS owned inventory. Rationalized US Target retail inventory through ABC store classification (1800 stores) and moved high end product exclusively to Target Online, reducing retail stock by 70% whilst maintaining customer availability at >95%. Achieved a negative cash conversion cycle since 2017.- Instigated a second Distribution Center, reducing delivery times from 5 days to 2 days for all US and Canada customers- Developed Amazon marketplace entity allowing SONOS to sell products directly on Amazon e-Commerce platform (vs through Amazon Retail) improving margin by 1200 basis points. - Designed Amazon purchasing program actively monitoring pricing on daily basis and purchasing product offered below MSRP. The program contributed to US market price stability maximizing revenue and margin potential.- Implementation EDI for all major retailers, resulting in >90% of all US & Canada orders to be processed with zero touch. Design of direct business operations model for Compaq Direct. Articulate direct business requirements and translated into modeling of SAP APO Demand Planning module. The project was successfully completed in 2001 and was adopted by Corporate as the template for the world wide SAP deployment. After the merger between Compaq and HP, Accenture bought the rights to the design and has used it for deployment with numerous clients around the globe.
