The major activities / responsibilities are: • to analyse and to give advise with regard to proposals for: o setting up new (real estate) funds; o acquisition and disposition of real estate and real estate related products (infrastructure, real estate secured loans); o loans to be provided by Bouwfonds REIM for managed funds • writing the quarterly risk management report for MT Bouwfonds REIM and Board of Directors Rabo Real Estate Group• analysing the potential risks in the different portfolios• determining the methodology and making the calculations for Economic Capital purposes• Basle 2 implementation for Bouwfonds REIM• forming and improving of the risk management policy• Local Information Security Officer.

The major activities were: • making the monthly report for the Asset & Liability Committee of Bouwfonds• executing ad hoc analyses with regard to Asset & Liability Management (ALM)• member of the project team with the goal to make a comprehensive Basle 2 and risk management report• preparation of the Basle 2 report• improving the data quality of the Basle 2 report• assisting the Basle 2 program manager.
