Responsible for the research team and the development of a thin film solar cell based on CIGS. Working together with (international) leading institutes on the development of thin film solar cells. Specialised manager of multidisciplinary high tech projects in a multicultural environment.

Manager of a wide variety of projects regarding surface modification and material technology. Responsible for the technical results and the finances of multidisciplinary research projects. Communications with customers, institutes, suppliers and project members was one of the important tasks. Responsible for metallic contacts on semi-conductor lasers applied by PVD processes. Besides the performance of the experiments responsible for reporting the results within the research group.
