As the project manager, leading the building interface design team, working with the design institute to optimize the design scheme, to investigate and solve the problems that may be occurred in the future installation process. Stay in the project site, to check the construction situation during the construction stage, ensured that the construction quality and accuracy meet the requirements of equipment installation.2. • Medical Center Project & Scientific Comprehensive Building ProjectAs the project manager of two projects, fully responsible for the two hospital projects throughout the entire process from the early preparation to the completion. Main work:1. Leading a project management team which is consisting of five professional engineers, managing survey team, design team, construction general contractor, project supervision, financial supervision and some professional subcontractors, organizing weekly project meetings, reviewing the summary and monthly report of supervision regular meetings, supervising the implementation of supervision rules and synchronization of information in the projects, and ensured the implementation of the project schedule as planned.2. Communicating with the MOH and other government sectors, obtained all approvals of two projects before the construction stage.3. Controlling the investment under the budget by optimizing the design scheme and project management during the construction stage.4. In charge of two projects’ land purchase, obtained the Real Property Certification of two projects’ land. 5. Responsible for the organization of two projects’ completion acceptance.
