Profit and loss responsible for the Business Unit. The target was to grow by 50% in 5 years and we achieved this in only 4 years. Profitability grew strongly by solving operational issues directly at the start. The core activity of the BU is the development, production and sales of laminated board. The market is Europe.

Responsible for the sales and production of the business unit Margarine/Dairy, 50 fte in production 8 in the office, western european market. Focus: change the business from a rigid A-brand supplier to a flexible private label supplier.

P&L responsible, focus on building up a market position in western EU. The sales grew strongly (10x) and we bought new machines every year.
